Anthropic’s potential $2 trillion IPO would eclipse SpaceX

Investors in Anthropic expect the AI startup to go public in October at a valuation of $2 trillion or more, a milestone that would make it the largest initial public offering ever and surpass SpaceX. Six backers told the Financial Times that the company’s rapidly rising revenue could more than double its current valuation in the planned autumn listing. Such a debut would unlock billions of dollars for early investors, but it would also test public markets growing increasingly wary of the AI boom.
