Apple unveiled the new iPad mini on October 26. The tablet features an 8.5-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, an A20 Pro chip and a 5.4mm-thick enclosure with an IP67 rating. Other changes include Wi-Fi 7 and a Center Stage front camera on the landscape edge for video calls.
US pricing starts at $699 for Wi-Fi and $849 for Wi-Fi + Cellular. Preorders open on October 28, with availability in the first markets beginning November 6. Apple’s official introduction video is embedded above.
