President Donald Trump is launching "Trump Accounts," a new children's savings initiative, on July 4th. According to a report, Trump's team has approached SpaceX about donating company stock to seed the accounts.
The accounts are individual retirement accounts available to children under 18 with a Social Security number, and 6 million children have already signed up. Children born between 2025 and 2028 will receive a one-time $1,000 government contribution.
