At D23 in Anaheim, Disney unveiled the trailer and release date for Star Wars: Ahsoka season 2, alongside other franchise announcements. The new season continues the story of Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren, who were left stranded on Peridea after their mission to find Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn. While both Ezra and Thrawn managed to escape back to the main galaxy, Ahsoka and Sabine now face the consequences of being left behind.
