AI-Cheating Accusation at Yale Sparks 13-Count Federal Lawsuit

Thierry Rignol, who paid $208,500 in tuition for Yale's Executive MBA program, was suspended for a year and failed a course after being accused of cheating. Rignol claims he was a top student on track to graduate first in his class and missed out on the valedictorian title under Yale's own criteria. The dispute has now escalated into a 13-count federal lawsuit against the university.
