Anthropic has accused Alibaba of orchestrating the largest known attempt to clone its Claude AI model, involving nearly 25,000 fraudulent accounts that generated over 28.8 million interactions between April 22 and June 5. The accusation comes after the U.S. restricted access to Anthropic’s new Mythos model, intensifying the competitive race between U.S. and Chinese AI firms. Anthropic shared the evidence in a letter to U.S.
