Astarion Stars in an Official Baldur's Gate 3 Prequel Novel

A Baldur's Gate 3 prequel novel centered on Astarion is officially in development. The 2023 RPG, which became the first game to win Game of the Year at all five major award shows, is expanding through a new collaboration between Wizards of the Coast and Random House Worlds. The publisher plans to release four titles as part of this initiative in 2026, with further plans for 2027 and beyond to be announced later.
