The Nintendo 3DS received ports and remakes of many successful Nintendo franchises, though some were pretty barebones. One beloved Legend of Zelda game, The Minish Cap, originally for Game Boy Advance, was available on the 3DS through Virtual Console but was not built for the newer system.
That made it a welcome but imperfect way to play the classic. Now, beloved Zelda games are getting new enhanced 3DS ports.
