Cloudflare has open-sourced Cloudflare OS, an internal platform that lets employees build applications using AI agents through natural-language descriptions, even if they have no coding experience. The company says thousands of employees use it daily to create documents, automate tasks, and build data-visualization apps.
It also emphasizes a security framework designed to prevent AI-generated code from introducing serious vulnerabilities or causing data breaches. Principal engineer Kenton Varda stated that the sandbox is secure enough for non-technical users to "go wild" without worrying about significant security bugs.
