Cloudflare open-sources its AI-powered app platform for non-coders

Cloudflare has open-sourced Cloudflare OS, an internal platform that lets employees build applications through AI agents using natural language descriptions, even if they lack coding experience. The company says thousands of employees use it daily to create documents, automate tasks, and build small data-visualization apps. Cloudflare also emphasizes a security framework designed to prevent non-technical users from introducing serious flaws or causing data breaches while 'vibe coding.' Principal engineer Kenton Varda said the sandbox is secure enough that users can 'go wild' without the AI introducing significant security bugs.
