EA Completes $55 Billion Move to Private Ownership in Saudi-Backed Deal

Electronic Arts is no longer a publicly traded company. The Madden maker was acquired in an all-cash, $55 billion private equity deal led by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, and Silver Lake. EA announced the completion of the acquisition on Tuesday.
