Elon Musk's xAI Sues Users and Minnesota to Avoid Liability for AI-Generated CSAM

In a new legal filing, xAI argues that its own lawsuit against a user proves it is already punishing bad actors, and therefore Grok should be shielded from Minnesota's ban on nudification technology.
