The Google Home Speaker, announced last August, is now available for preorder at $100 and will launch on June 25. It is Google's first new smart speaker in nearly six years, succeeding the Nest Audio from 2020.
The round, fabric-covered device offers 360-degree sound and is available in four colors, with a glowing light ring that activates when listening or responding. It features three far-field microphones and a mute switch for privacy.
