Google has released its first standalone mobile app for Google Finance, now available globally on Android via the Play Store, with an iOS version promised later in 2026. The app includes watchlists, real-time market data, financial news, and AI-generated “key moments” that explain stock performance changes.
This launch coincides with the AI-powered overhaul of the Google Finance website leaving beta, integrating generative AI into the core experience. After 20 years as a web-only service, Google Finance finally has a dedicated mobile app.
