Google Launches First Finance Mobile App for Android, with iOS Release Expected Later in 2026

After 20 years as a web-only service, Google Finance has finally released a standalone mobile app, currently available for Android via the Play Store. The app includes features like watchlists, real-time market data, and financial news, along with AI-generated 'key moments' that explain stock performance changes.

The AI-powered overhaul of the Finance website has also exited beta, integrating Google's chatbot into the experience. An iOS version is promised later in 2026.
