Google has introduced Gemini 3.7 Flash, a new "workhorse" model that replaces 3.6 Flash only three weeks after the previous version's release. The company says the update stems from core optimizations and developer feedback, delivering better coding and agentic performance.

Benchmarks show notable gains, including FrontierCode, DeepSWE, WebDev Arena, GDP.pdf, and AutomationBench scores. To remain competitive on pricing, Google is offering Gemini 3.7 Flash at a lower introductory price.
