Google unveils Gemini 3.6 Flash and cybersecurity AI model; Gemini 3.5 Pro remains delayed

Google has announced three new AI models, including Gemini 3.6 Flash, which replaces the recently deprecated Gemini 3.5 Flash, and its first model geared toward cybersecurity. The company claims Gemini 3.6 Flash offers marginal improvements in coding and multimodal features, based on user feedback. However, the delayed Gemini 3.5 Pro, originally expected in June, is still not among the new releases.
