Google Unveils Gemini 3.6 Flash and Cybersecurity AI Model, While Gemini 3.5 Pro Remains Delayed

Google has announced three new AI models, including its first model tailored for cybersecurity. The previously launched Gemini 3.5 Flash is being deprecated and replaced by Gemini 3.6 Flash, which offers marginal improvements in capability, coding, and multimodal features based on user feedback. However, the anticipated Gemini 3.5 Pro, originally expected in June, remains delayed and was not part of this release.
