Large pink Vice City lettering on a dark airship looks like scenery that has escaped the screen. The Complex photo roundup discussed here draws its appeal from that contrast: the familiar name of a fictional city appears on a real Goodyear aircraft rather than inside a game.
Where to see the photographs
Open the original Complex photo post on Instagram. This link leads to the post itself, not a separately hosted copy. Instagram may require an account to view it.
The supplied images show Vice City branding and the airship against city buildings. Complex credits Goodyear and photographer @corykistow in its caption. Linking readers to the original preserves that context; a photographer credit alone does not establish permission to upload the pictures to another website.
Not a campaign launch today
The story predates this article. RockstarINTEL published its report about the Vice City-branded airship on October 12, 2026. We have not independently established the exact date of the Complex post, so this article’s date should not be read as the day the design first appeared.
What the imagery does and does not tell us
Our interpretation is that recognition does most of the work: brief lettering and an unusual vehicle create a memorable visual without a long explanation. That is an editorial observation, not a Rockstar statement about strategy or campaign performance. We have no verified budget, reach figures or partnership terms to add.
The photographs do not establish playable airships in GTA VI, dedicated missions, in-game Goodyear advertising or preorder rewards. Those claims would require information from the developer, rather than conclusions drawn from outdoor branding.
The official reference point
Rockstar’s official page, checked on October 20, lists November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It remains our source for the date and platforms. The photo roundup is a separate story about Vice City beyond the screen, not a new game announcement.
