High School Seeks Dismissal of Lawsuit Over AI Nudes of 59 Female Students

Lancaster Country Day School, a private Pennsylvania school with fewer than 600 students, has moved to dismiss a lawsuit alleging it stayed silent for months while boys created AI-generated nude images of female classmates. The school argues that it did report the matter to law enforcement, noting that the tip it received came from the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

It also denies knowing that specific girls were targeted, saying the tip did not name any victims. The school was one of the first to shut down after students were found making AI nudes.
