Jeff Bezos' AI Startup Prometheus Raises $12 Billion to Focus on Physical AI

Jeff Bezos' new startup Prometheus, which he co-leads as co-CEO, is focusing on 'physical AI'—applying deep learning to robotics and manufacturing. The company has raised $12 billion in a new funding round, bringing total funding to $18.2 billion and valuing the startup at $41 billion.

Investors include JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock, along with Bezos himself. The funds will be used to acquire computing power for its data-intensive work, according to Bezos, and the company currently employs 150 people.
