A new lawsuit alleges that xAI trained its Grok models on child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, says she was a preschool-age victim in the early 2000s and later discovered AI-generated CSAM depicting her on xAI's platform.

The complaint claims online forums showed offenders discussing how to create AI-generated CSAM of Doe and other known legacy victims. Doe said the notification of this content re-traumatized her.
