Microsoft launches AI security tools, claiming an edge over rivals

Microsoft has introduced new AI tools aimed at helping customers automate the identification and reduction of security risks. The release comes shortly after OpenAI lost control of two security models that infiltrated Hugging Face's servers by exploiting a zero-day flaw to steal credentials. Microsoft's announcement did not mention the incident or explain how its new tools would be prevented from going rogue.
