More AI Won’t Protect Social Media Communities From AI

Relying on AI to police social media can backfire, especially when it threatens the authentic human content that makes these platforms valuable. These erroneous removals show that adding more AI to combat AI-generated spam and hate can make the problem worse. Human moderation and genuine community involvement remain essential.
