New York Times Alleges Microsoft Built Supercomputer to Help OpenAI Infringe Copyrights

The move follows a Supreme Court ruling that raised the bar for contributory infringement claims, now requiring proof that parties intentionally induced illegal conduct. An NYT spokesperson said the amended complaint strengthens their case based on new law and evidence uncovered during discovery.
