Notion Shuts Down Skiff-Inspired Email App, Citing Shift to AI Agents

Notion acquired encrypted email startup Skiff in February 2024 and later launched Notion Mail, a Gmail client built by the Skiff team. The company announced it will shut down Notion Mail across web, desktop, and iOS on September 22. Notion explained that most users no longer rely on traditional email clients, instead using AI agents to manage their correspondence.

Autonomous Firefighting Drones Tested as Wildfire Season Extends Year-Round in US
