Nvidia Plans $25 Billion Bond Sale, First in Five Years, as AI Demand Surges

Chipmaker Nvidia is set to sell $25 billion in investment-grade debt on Monday, marking its first bond offering since 2021. The seven-part deal, covering maturities from two to 30 years, was upsized from $20 billion after attracting more than $85 billion in orders. The sale tests investor appetite for further exposure to the artificial intelligence sector.
