Chipmaker Nvidia is set to issue a substantial bond offering of $25 billion on Monday, marking its first bond sale in five years. The offering consists of seven parts, spanning various maturities ranging from two years to 30 years.
This move comes as investors are increasingly interested in investing in the AI sector, and Nvidia seeks to test their appetite for such exposure through this large-scale debt issuance. The deal has been upsized after receiving significant pre-sale interest exceeding $85 billion earlier in the day.
