OpenAI has unveiled ChatGPT Work, a new tool designed to handle extended tasks that can run for hours, overcoming limitations of its earlier agent mode. It can automate entire workflows, such as moving from customer research to a campaign brief and local marketing assets, but requires user approval for important actions.
