Lancaster Country Day School, a private K-12 school in Pennsylvania, is asking a court to dismiss a lawsuit from students who say it stayed silent while boys created AI nude images of 59 classmates. The school argues it did report the matter to law enforcement because the initial tip came from the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
It also denies knowing specific girls were targeted, saying the tip did not name any victims. The lawsuit alleges the school failed to act for months, allowing the harassment to continue.
