Pennsylvania school seeks to dismiss lawsuit over AI-generated nude images of students

Lancaster Country Day School, a private K-12 school in Pennsylvania, is asking a court to dismiss a lawsuit over AI-generated nude images of female students. The school argues it did report the matter to law enforcement because the tip it received came from the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

It also claims it did not know specific girls were targeted because the tip did not name victims. The lawsuit alleges the school stayed silent for months while boys created AI nudes of 59 classmates.
