Pokémon TCG Pocket’s Ruler of the Skies update doubles down on Hoenn’s legendary greatness

After a lackluster June update, Pokémon TCG Pocket has released Ruler of the Skies, a July booster pack centered on Mega Rayquaza and other Hoenn legendaries. The expansion introduces meta-altering cards and several quality-of-life improvements, giving players plenty of reasons to return. It’s a strong reminder that Ruby and Sapphire featured some of the best legendary Pokémon in the series.
