SpaceX Acquires AI Coding Tool Cursor for $60 Billion in All-Stock Deal

The acquisition comes just two days after SpaceX's unprecedented IPO and several months after its merger with AI company xAI. Cursor, a branch of Visual Studio Code, was an early leader in integrating large language models into an IDE, but larger competitors have since introduced comparable features.
