Twitch Allows Users to Opt Out of Amazon AI Training After Years of Data Use

Twitch has announced that users can now opt out of having their channel content used to train Amazon's generative AI models. The option comes more than two years after Amazon confirmed it was using Twitch content for AI development.

Affected material includes streams, VODs, clips, chat messages, and channel text and images. To prevent future use, users must manually disable the setting in their security preferences at twitch.tv/settings/security.
