Under increasing pressure to acknowledge that its Grok chatbot can still be used to create non-consensual sexualized images, xAI has filed a lawsuit against Terry Wayne Harwood. Harwood was arrested earlier this year for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).
xAI assisted in the arrest after discovering that Harwood had used two xAI accounts for months to undress images of multiple victims, including a young girl who appeared to be as young as 10. The lawsuit marks the first time Elon Musk's firm has sued a user for using its AI to generate illegal content.
