AI Is Disproportionately Displacing Young Entry-Level Workers, Stanford Study Finds

Updated Stanford research finds that AI is causing significant job losses among younger entry-level workers in AI-exposed fields, while older workers remain largely unaffected. The employment gap for workers aged 22–25 in the most AI-exposed occupations versus their peers in less-exposed fields has grown to 19 percent, up from 13 percent last year. The findings indicate that the trend identified in the earlier edition of the study is persisting and expanding.
