A new lawsuit accuses Elon Musk's xAI of using child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to train its Grok models. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, said she was a preschool-age victim of CSAM in the early 2000s and later learned that AI-generated images depicting her had been found on xAI.

The complaint alleges that online offenders discussed creating AI-generated CSAM of known legacy victims like Doe. The case adds to growing scrutiny of xAI's handling of CSAM and related legal issues.
