It can automate entire workflows, such as moving from customer research to a campaign brief and creating locally tailored marketing assets, but requires user approval for important actions. The tool also integrates Scheduled Tasks, an enhanced version of cron jobs, to run repetitive tasks on a schedule or when triggered by an event, even when users are away from their desks, with monitoring available via phone.
