SpaceX Acquires AI Coding Platform Cursor for $60 Billion

SpaceX has acquired AI coding platform Cursor in a $60 billion all-stock transaction. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter, follows SpaceX's unprecedented IPO and a recent merger with xAI. Cursor was one of the first tools to integrate large language models into IDEs, but competitor platforms have since emerged with similar features.
